The Great Outdoors
Whether you're a walker or interested in exploring the natural environment, Bumblebee makes a great place to stay. On site there is a beautiful wildflower meadow and numerous ponds making it a haven for waterfowl and not forgetting the seashore and its wildlife. The site is situated within the Yorkshire Nature Triangle, an area with over 30 nature reserves, and both the Yorkshire Wolds Way and the Cleveland Way start in Filey. The southern tip of the North York Moors National Park is nearby and can easily be accessed for a day's walking. RSPB Bempton is less than 10 miles away and from here you can go on one of their boat tours to look at the nesting seabirds including puffins and guillemots and Spurn Point is less than an hour's drive.
